The role exists to provide strategic and administrative support to the Regional Coordinator while driving the growth of Alpha courses for teenagers and young adults across the Alpha Port Harcourt region, in alignment with the Alpha National Youth initiative. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating activities, maintaining documentation, and supporting outreach initiatives that expand Alpha’s presence. A key aspect of the role involves building and nurturing relationships with youth leaders, churches, schools, and organisations, while developing ministry networks that enable new Alpha courses to run effectively.

This is a role aimed at forming essential partnerships with church leaders & creating new opportunities for Alpha’s expansion. This involves raising Alpha’s visibility, presence, adoption, & growth across various Christian communities by building trusted relationships, equipping leaders, & fostering pathways for sustainability. This position acts as a catalyst to increase the number of key churches and organisations running Alpha in Nigeria. This role also plays a key role in ensuring quality Alphas are run.
