This webinar is an opportunity to learn some of the best practices of running Alpha from our Experience Team. We will guide you through the essential aspects of Alpha, from Hospitality to Small Group Discussion, Promotion to Prayer Ministry.

There will be two breakout sessions :
Run Alpha is designed for those churches that are brand new to Alpha or have just started running. Here you will learn more about the Alpha story and how to get started.

Grow Alpha is designed for those churches that are more experienced with Alpha. We will tackle topics like growing the invitational culture of your church, and how to take your Alpha to the next level.
